CardioQFlow is an educational tool for exam preparation only. The content provided is for learning and self-assessment purposes and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Clinical decisions should always be based on individual patient assessment, current guidelines, institutional protocols, and the judgment of a qualified healthcare provider. Do not use CardioQFlow content to make clinical decisions about patient care.

1. Acceptance of Terms

CardioQFlow (the "Service") is operated by CardioQFlow LLC, a California limited liability company ("CardioQFlow," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CardioQFlow is a cardiovascular disease board exam preparation question bank. The Service provides multiple-choice questions, explanations, original figures, performance analytics, and study tools designed to help medical professionals prepare for cardiovascular disease board examinations and related assessments. CardioQFlow is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any medical board or certifying body.

3. Eligibility

CardioQFlow is intended for medical professionals, medical trainees (residents, fellows), and medical students. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Accounts

You may create an account using Google Sign-In or an email address and password.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not share your account credentials or access with others.
One account per individual; institutional or shared accounts are not permitted.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Access to the full question bank requires a paid subscription. We currently offer two plans, billed through our payment processor, Stripe:

Monthly — $19 per month, billed monthly.
Annual — $149 per year, billed annually.

Both plans are recurring subscriptions that automatically renew at the end of each billing period using your saved payment method, until you cancel. By subscribing, you affirmatively authorize CardioQFlow to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel anytime — manage or cancel your subscription from your account's billing settings, or by emailing support@cardioqflow.com. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not store your full card number — payment details are handled directly by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy. We will give you clear advance notice (at least one billing period, or as required by law) before any price increase takes effect, and the new price applies only to billing periods that begin after that notice. Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on CardioQFlow — including questions, explanations, images, figures, diagrams, code, and design — is the intellectual property of CardioQFlow LLC and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute any CardioQFlow content;
Screenshot or record questions for distribution;
Share questions, answers, or explanations publicly (including on social media);
Use CardioQFlow content to create competing products or services;
Reverse engineer, scrape, or programmatically access the Service.

Personal notes you create within CardioQFlow remain your own.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service;
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
Share or redistribute question content outside of the platform.

8. Content Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy in all medical content, medicine evolves and guidelines change. CardioQFlow questions and explanations are written and reviewed by physicians but may not reflect the most recent guideline updates at all times. We are not responsible for errors or omissions in content. See the Medical Disclaimer above.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardioQFlow LLC and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, exam results, or professional opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 5, or delete your account by emailing us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
